PJSC Mostotrest Board of Directors approved recommendations on dividend payment


The Board of Directors of PJSC Mostotrest (hereinafter - Mostotrest, the Company or the Group), during its meeting held on May 29, 2018 in Moscow, approved recommendations to the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on distribution of profits and payment of dividends based on results for the 2017 financial year.

It was recommended that the amount of dividend payment be maintained at the level of 2016. The total amount allocated by the Company to dividends based on 2017 results, on the recommendation of the Board of Directors, is set at RUB3,002,772,920 or RUB10.64 per 1 ordinary share. The total amount of previously distributed and paid interim dividends for 9M 2017 was RUB2,384,720,975 or RUB8.45 per 1 ordinary share. Therefore, the remaining amount of dividends to be paid for 2017 totals RUB618,051,945 or RUB2.19 for 1 ordinary share. The dividend record date is July 3, 2018.

Earlier on May 18, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company decided to convene the Company's Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on June 22, 2018. The meeting record date is May 29, 2018.
